Argos Communication Type Mid-Level Float ARVOR-L
ARVOR-L is a mid-water drifting float of the Argos communication type developed for the ARGO project, capable of withstanding pressures of 2000 meters.
ARVOR-L is a mid-water drifting float with a pressure resistance of 2000m. It comes standard with a CTD sensor manufactured by Sea Bird, capable of measuring water temperature, salinity, and pressure at arbitrary intervals. Various data is collected via Argos communication. Various parameters can be easily set via Bluetooth connection, and it has a self-ballasting feature, eliminating the need for buoyancy adjustment.
