This product is a fluid connector component made from aluminum material, manufactured through integrated machining using a lathe and machining center. Its structure, which does not use welding or press-fitting, ensures high strength and airtightness. We prioritize the internal quality, which is the most important aspect of fluid components, and thoroughly address burr removal at intersecting holes and chip residue prevention. To suppress aluminum-specific welding and burr lifting, we use aluminum-specific tools and optimal cutting conditions to achieve stable surface roughness. Additionally, the mounting flange surface is processed with consideration for distortion caused by clamping, ensuring stable flatness.
