The Automatic Contamination Prevention System A-CPS is an additional option for the pressure controllers CPC6050 and CPC4000, designed to prevent contaminants such as particles, water, and oil from entering the equipment through the device under test (DUT). A-CPS uses a combined filter and an automatically operated bleed valve to remove contaminants into a transparent sample bottle, allowing for an easy cleaning process. This reduces the steps needed to clean the DUT before calibration, enabling smooth operation of the pressure controller. Additionally, A-CPS is powered by the power supply from the pressure controller, eliminating the need for an additional power source. A-CPS also functions as a simple gauge stand for the DUT, allowing for gauge calibration without the need for an additional manifold.
