Gas Generation Device FOAM【Generating Microbubbles in Oil】
Microbubbles will be generated in the oil at any value between 0.50vol% and 25.00vol%.
This is a gas generation device from flucon fluid control GmbH. There is no need to prepare a new compressor or anything else, and it is easy to handle. It can be used with multiple oils and comes with key parameters such as gas content and an analog output (0-10V) for external control. We offer two types of FOAM: FOAM S with an oil tank and FOAM XL-x for external setup.

Applications/Examples of results
We have a proven track record with various automotive and motorcycle engine oils, as well as transmission and CVT oils. These are primarily used for performance and durability testing of engines and transmissions. In past performance and durability tests, the gas content in the oil was unknown during the tests, but by using FOAM, we can conduct tests at any desired gas content (from 0.5 vol% to 25.00 vol%), allowing for the collection of more data. Of course, it can also be used not only for performance testing but also for development testing.
