- Separates one sheet at a time - Air pressure: 4-6 bar - Capable of separating magnetic and non-magnetic plates (plate thickness: 0.4-6 mm) - The operating cycle of the separator can be adjusted to 10-35 times per minute - With simple signal connections, it can be integrated with existing or upgraded automation equipment to configure an automatic production mode. - This new type of separator can handle materials that cannot be separated by normal magnetic force, such as stainless steel plates, aluminum plates, copper plates, titanium plates, plastic plates, and special steel plates. - Compared to conventional high-pressure air separation methods (12-15 bar), it is more energy-efficient, produces less noise, and consumes less air.
