Notice of Absorption Merger of Subsidiary

We would like to respectfully inform you that our company will be merging with our subsidiary, Sanshin Maintenance Co., Ltd., effective April 1, 2012. Sanshin Maintenance Co., Ltd. began operations as a specialized maintenance subsidiary that anticipated the trends of the times during the period of rapid economic growth from 1971 to 1973. It has been engaged in a wide range of activities, including maintenance and inspection of filtration systems, wastewater treatment equipment, and recycling machinery, as well as related construction work. However, due to the recent drastic changes in the economic environment, particularly in response to the international expansion of the manufacturing industry, we have decided to integrate with our company in order to provide quicker responses and higher quality services. As the newly formed Sanshin Seisakusho, we are committed to making even greater efforts to provide services that will satisfy our customers. We sincerely hope for your continued support and encouragement in the future.
