Introducing the "Microbubble Precoat Filtration System" from Sanjin Manufacturing. By forming a precoat layer that stably mixes and supplies filtration aids and microbubbles on the filter media, we have enabled long hours of filtration operation while maintaining high filtration precision. The increase in the amount collected per precoat cycle extends the backwashing frequency, reduces the amount of filtration aids used, and decreases waste generation. Furthermore, by utilizing an IoT remote monitoring system, we can monitor and confirm any abnormalities occurring in the equipment on-site. Additionally, by saving and graphing measurement data for pressure, flow rate, temperature, and current, we can analyze the operating conditions.
