This is a micro vacuum switch that is optimal as a vacuum detection terminal for vacuum circuits that confirm the attachment and detachment of small materials such as air tweezers. 【Features】 ■ Equipped with a single-pole double-throw contact, it provides two control signals for ON-OFF at both the upper and lower limits of the set pressure, allowing for changes in the set vacuum level as needed. ■ Waterproof type (equivalent to IP54) using a robust zinc alloy die-cast cover. ■ The pressure detection element uses a highly sensitive rubber diaphragm, capable of detecting minute vacuum levels from -0.2 kPa. ■ The electrical opening and closing mechanism ensures reliability through a sensitive snap-action mechanism, and due to its simple design with minimal cumulative error, it is extremely sensitive and optimal as a detection terminal for vacuum control requiring high accuracy and long lifespan. ■ Fluids: air, gas, oil, water, etc. For corrosive liquids, gases, and other fluids, a corrosion-resistant stainless steel pressure receiving part (contact part) is available. *For more details, please contact us or download the catalog.
