It is a new nonionic surfactant manufactured by DOW CHEMICAL. It excels in the balance of cleaning ability and low foaming, and has high biodegradability. It has been certified as Safer Choice by the U.S. EPA. By blending it with DOWFAX 20B102, it is possible to improve wettability.
