The "BL-HFD" is a cutting tool that has been equipped with an end mill blade on the leading edge of the HFD, designed to suppress burr formation to the utmost while maintaining conventional cutting conditions. By applying a DLC coating, it can be used universally without being limited by the material of the workpiece, even with stretch materials.
