"JTD" is a straight blade and twisted type jet-through drill for aluminum. It suppresses blade tip welding and outer circumference adhesion, enabling long-term maintenance of surface roughness and hole accuracy. We can manufacture diamond blades that have the effect of suppressing blade tip welding, either with carbide + DLC or tailored to your customer's plan. [Features] ■ Compared to standard OH2 hole specifications, the optimization of oil hole positions improves tool rigidity and suppresses cutting vibrations. Sanyo Tool (our company) also accepts full custom orders for special tools made of diamond, cermet, and carbide.
