We would like to introduce a case study of air conditioning and refrigerant piping airtightness testing using the high-pressure nitrogen-enriched gas generator "HND-4640B." By utilizing the supply pressure (4.5MPa) of the high-pressure nitrogen-enriched gas generator and setting the discharge pressure to the test pressure with a high-pressure regulator, the work of the pump differs. Gradually increasing the pressure prevents sudden loads on the brazed joints of the piping, and the device automatically increases the pressure while notifying the user of the pressure increase. This allows for other tasks to be performed during the pressure increase operation, improving the efficiency of the construction work.
