The SAOG series vacuum pads for thin steel plates are bell-shaped oval vacuum pads that are ideal for the suction and transport of thin steel plates with an oil film. The pads, made of highly oil-resistant nitrile rubber, feature grooves on the suction surface to allow oil to escape, enabling strong suction on workpieces with an oil film and facilitating rapid transport. The curved suction surface makes it suitable for adhering to curved workpieces. To ensure compatibility with curved surfaces, a slightly softer nitrile rubber (NBR-45) is used as the material.
