The Compact Ejector SCPM series is a space-saving vacuum generator equipped with various functions in a compact body. ◆SCPMb (Basic Type) A type that integrates a high-efficiency vacuum generator with a valve that can be selected from NO/NC. It is capable of vacuum suction/vacuum release.

◆SCPMc (Energy-saving Function Type) The valve and vacuum switch are integrated, and the electrical wiring can be consolidated into a single line. It is equipped with an air-saving function that minimizes air consumption during suction transport. The display on the top of the main unit allows for monitoring of vacuum pressure values and the occurrence of air leaks.

◆SCPMi (High-Performance Type) In addition to the functions of SCPMc, this high-performance type integrates a vacuum switch compatible with IO-Link communication. It allows for the confirmation and modification of set values from locations outside the equipment or away from the manufacturing site, and it can also continuously acquire various measurements that are useful for monitoring conditions such as vacuum pressure and air leakage.

◆Ejector Manifold SCTMb/SCTMc/SCTMi It is possible to install up to 16 units of SCPMb/SCPMc/SCPMi as a single manifold unit. It allows for the consolidation of piping for compressed air supply and exhaust.

◆Ejector Manifold SCTMc-MP In addition to the supply piping for compressed air, the electrical connection cable to the PLC can also be consolidated into one. By using a D-sub connector for the electrical connection, it is possible to manifold up to 7 ejectors (SCPMc) or external vacuum units.

◆Ejector Manifold SCTMi-IOL A compact piping and wiring type that allows for the integration of piping systems and electrical connections for compressed air supply and exhaust. It can manifold up to 16 ejectors (SCPMi) via IO-Link and industrial Ethernet, enabling collective or individual operation control.
