The Spring Plunger FSTImc is a spring plunger designed to eliminate operational failures caused by hose resistance and to suppress the occurrence of adhesion failures. Due to its design, the vacuum air piping does not move during the adhesion process, preventing resistance and snagging of the hose associated with the adhesion operation, thus achieving smooth adhesion. It contributes to the prevention of chocolate stops and improves productivity. The FSTImc uses a very soft spring, allowing it to operate with light force, making it suitable for delicate workpieces such as circuit boards. For conductive use, it is optimal for ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) measures when used in conjunction with our ESD countermeasure vacuum pad "NBR-ESD."
