We conduct "UX/UI Expert Reviews (Research)" at our company. We evaluate usability issues from various angles with a customer perspective, extracting challenges from a UX standpoint, such as unclear or difficult-to-use aspects. We will provide improvement proposals for the identified issues and challenges. Please feel free to contact us when you need our services. 【Flow】 1. Hearing: 1-2 sessions to discuss the concept, requirements, and your company's challenges regarding the current or upcoming product. 2. Review design by us: Approximately 1 week. 3. Expert review implementation: 1-2 weeks, conducted by three human-centered design specialists/UX designers, who will consolidate opinions and consider/create improvement proposals. 4.
