"Isshin Tasuke" is a high-quality ceramic fiber non-woven fabric that incorporates photonic fibers to improve thermal conductivity efficiency through far-infrared radiation. It moderately absorbs the drips from the surface of fish and meat while promoting oxygen activity within the tissue and retaining an appropriate amount of moisture, significantly preserving the freshness of the ingredients.
