I made ink for fabric and textiles.
We have created ink for textiles and fabrics. About 2.5 months ago, we received a request to make ink from a textile shop in Kyoto, and we were able to fulfill that request. The reason given was that the ink previously used had been discontinued. However, upon checking with the manufacturer, we learned that the business had closed due to the passing of the owner. It seems that the owner was the only one who knew how to make the ink, and the method was unknown to anyone else. With the cooperation of the owner's wife, we were able to refer to the owner's notes and recall how he made it, and we managed to create the ink. ACL-OHTORI (pigment ink for textiles and fabrics) has a heat resistance of 200°C. This ink has been a great learning experience for us. Thank you very much. The colors available are black, white, and gray, three colors in total. Please feel free to contact us.

I made a pi stamp.
At one point, there was a lot of talk on "X" and online news about a certain stamp shop in Shimane Prefecture that carved the value of pi into their stamps. If I remember correctly, it was also featured on television... I apologize for bringing up a personal matter, but my wife, who is from Shimane Prefecture, was very pleased with this news. However, gradually, my artisan spirit began to ignite... I also tried my hand at carving. Could I carve something even better than the stamp shop in Shimane? φ15, φ18, φ21... which material should I carve on? What should I carve? After much deliberation, I decided to try to carve as much of pi as possible. I thought, "Let's try carving a rather long sentence like 'Seibundo's high-precision rubber relief printing has been built on over half a century of unique research and development since its founding in 1948...'" I did it. I would be happy if you could take a look when you have some free time. The PDF document of the pi stamp might be easier to read. By the way, our company can also carve letters as small as 0.5mm into molds, so we can create rubber stamps that are 0.5mm in size as well. Tomorrow is "Labor Thanksgiving Day," a holiday. Let's both do our best today. Thank you very much.

I have created corrosion ink and edging ink. It is for "iron, stainless steel, and aluminum."
It looks like a blue transparent syrup, but it is ink that turns black when it reacts with iron. Once it reacts, it cannot be erased unless you scrape it off. It is what you call a permanent stamp. At the request of our customers, we made it to react with stainless steel. It is a corrosive ink that also reacts with stainless steel. The color resembles a green transparent syrup, but it reacts black. I intended it for stainless steel, but it also reacted with aluminum. It really does turn black when it reacts. Thank you very much as always. I learned a lot this time as well. I will provide sample ink free of charge, so please feel free to contact us. By the way, the ink for iron is ACL-FS, and the one for stainless steel is ACL-SUS.

I created "ink that changes color when heated."
Product → Heat treatment → We received a request from a customer who was troubled, saying, "I wonder if this has been heat treated... it looks the same..." and we created a solution. Marking on the product → Heat treatment → "The color of the ink has changed, so it has been heat treated..." and that solved the issue. It really changes, so please feel free to contact us. The customer mentioned that it changes from "blue → white" and "pink → white." Also, it seems that it can discolor even without heat treatment for 2 hours and 30 minutes. We do not have the same heat treatment machine as the customer, so it did not change to white... However, products marked "white" can be easily identified as heat treated, and the customer was very pleased. Thank you very much as always. I have also learned a lot. We will provide sample ink free of charge, so please feel free to inquire.

We have published a catalog for "indelible ink" used for stamping lot numbers and manufacturing dates.
Products must always include information such as "LOT number" and "manufacturing date"... We also handle inkjet printers... they are popular, but... Customers say things like "the initial investment is...," "the running costs are...," "it's over-spec...," and "I just need to print text..." After all, rubber stamps with indelible ink are the most cost-effective. They don't take up much space, and no special skills are required. We would be happy to provide sample ink free of charge, so please feel free to contact us. Don't hesitate to reach out.
