■Childcare Support Company Certification On May 14, 2014, we were certified as a "Childcare Support Company" based on the "Act on Advancement of Measures to Support Raising Next-Generation Children" by the Kyoto Labor Bureau of the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare, and we obtained the next-generation certification mark "Kurumin." We are committed to creating a workplace environment that is easy for employees to work in and have developed and promoted an action plan aimed at "balancing work and childcare," among other objectives.
