News Release Seiwa Electric Co., Ltd. has enhanced its lineup of LED lighting fixtures under the <Star Reds> series to meet diverse needs in response to the introduction of energy-saving equipment at various factories and initiatives for the environment (Minamata Convention). We are pleased to announce the addition of the "LZLA series," an explosion-proof LED lighting fixture that can be used in explosive hazardous areas Zone 1 and Zone 2, equivalent to incandescent lamps (100W, 200W) and high-output FHF32W (circular and compact fluorescent lamps). Orders will begin on May 15. The fixture body utilizes aluminum die-casting, which excels in heat dissipation and lightweight design, allowing for effective heat management and increasing the operating temperature range to -20°C to +50°C (compared to our conventional LED products which are -20°C to +40°C). This also achieves a maintenance-free LED module lifespan of 60,000 hours, while ensuring high durability and weather resistance. We have achieved an 82% reduction in power consumption (compared to a 100W incandescent lamp) and further contributed to improving the working environment through glare reduction and higher color rendering (Ra65 to Ra83) compared to our conventional LED products.
