Tunnel Lighting LED Basic Lighting Ceiling Mount (CL) Type

LED tunnel lighting (with initial luminous flux correction function) has been improved to comply with the LED road and tunnel lighting introduction guidelines (draft).

LED Tunnel Lighting By adopting long-life, high-efficiency white LEDs as the light source and incorporating an initial luminous flux correction function, we achieve low maintenance and energy-saving features. 1. Long Life: 20 years, with only one replacement of the LED and control device; lifespan of 90,000 hours. The LED module has a long lifespan of 90,000 hours, allowing for maintenance-free operation for over 10 years with continuous lighting of 24 hours a day. By coordinating the lifespan of the LED module and control device, only one replacement of both will be needed during 20 years of operation. 2. Lineup: Two types of light distribution and four types of light source capacities. With two types of light distribution and four types of light source capacities, it can accommodate a wide range of design speed conditions (40-80 km/h). ■ Ceiling-mounted wide span (CL) … two types: LED 50W, 80W ■ Side wall-mounted wide span (BL) … four types: LED 40W, 50W, 80W, 100W 3. Supports special dimming: A function made possible by LEDs; two-stage dimming is possible. 4. Initial luminous flux correction function (our unique feature). 5. Standard equipped with luminous flux reduction alarm function (our unique feature). 6. Modularization of component parts.

basic information

By adopting a 65% dimming capability, brightness can be reduced even under conditions where dimming was previously impossible, achieving energy savings. An illumination sensor is used for initial luminous flux correction. This not only corrects the initial excessive luminous flux but also suppresses fluctuations in luminous flux at low temperatures, further enhancing energy savings. The initial luminous flux correction unit is equipped with an alarm lamp, which flashes (using a red high-brightness LED) when the luminous flux (maintenance rate) of the LED module falls below 80%. The alarm function allows for easy identification of when the LED module needs to be replaced, improving maintainability and safety. By integrating the LED module and LED module control device into a unit, labor-saving in replacement work is achieved. A disconnection switch for turning off the main power supply is standard equipment, allowing work to be carried out without circuit power outages. Model: KWLED050006CL-SS-V2 - Luminous flux: 4,900 (lm) - Apparent power (maximum): 48 (VA) - Active power (average): 41 (W) Model: KWLED080010CL-SS-V2 - Luminous flux: 7,840 (lm) - Apparent power (maximum): 78 (VA) - Active power (average): 68 (W)
