Explosion-proof LED lighting fixtures using straight LED lamps compliant with the International Harmonized Explosion Protection Guidelines 2008 standard for explosion-proof areas such as chemical plants.
Launch of Explosion-Proof LED Lighting Fixtures (LZAB Series) These LED lighting fixtures can be installed in explosion-proof areas such as chemical plants, oil refineries, and hydrogen stations. The light source (lamp) can be replaced independently, allowing for reduced capital investment during lighting equipment updates compared to conventional integrated LED lighting fixtures. Additionally, it achieves brightness equivalent to a high-output FHF32 two-lamp setup while reducing power consumption by approximately 36% compared to traditional fluorescent lamps (based on our company's estimation conditions). It meets explosion-proof performance standards for Zone 1, Zone 2 areas, and hydrogen areas. ■ Product Features ○ Achieves brightness equivalent to a high-output FHF32 two-lamp setup, with power consumption reduced by approximately 36%. ○ Uses straight LED lamps as the light source. ○ Lamps can be replaced using the same method as conventional light sources (FLR/FHF). ○ Compatible with Zone 1, Zone 2 areas, and hydrogen areas.
