Introducing the new explosion-proof LED light series, the 'LZBA series', designed to meet the high reliability required in explosion-proof areas and suitable for use in explosive hazardous locations Zone 1 and Zone 2! While equipped with high output equivalent to fluorescent lights, we have achieved a reduction in power consumption from 91W to 40.5W, approximately 55% less compared to our conventional explosion-proof fluorescent fixtures. Additionally, we have reviewed the design of the LED module and housing, achieving a lightweight and compact form. With glare reduction and high color rendering (Ra83), it also contributes to improving the work environment. ★ZONE 1 (Class 1 location): Areas where explosive atmospheres may be generated during normal operation of plants, etc. ★ZONE 2 (Class 2 location): Areas where explosive atmospheres are not likely to be generated during normal operation of plants, etc., and if they do occur during abnormal conditions, they exist only for a short time. 【Features】 ■ Three types to choose from (equivalent to 1-lamp and 2-lamp FHF32W high-output type, and equivalent to FHF16W high-output type) ■ Achieved approximately 27% weight reduction for 2-lamp and about 21% for 1-lamp compared to our conventional explosion-proof fluorescent fixtures ■ Size reduction of about 33% for the 1-lamp type *For more details, please refer to the materials. Our conventional explosion-proof fluorescent fixtures: Weight reduced from 15.0 kg to 11.0 kg (approximately 27%) for FHF32W high-output type for 2 lamps, and from 12.0 kg to 9.5 kg (approximately 21%) for FHF32W high-output type for 1 lamp. 3. Compared to our conventional fluorescent fixtures (FHF32W high-output type for 2 lamps), power consumption reduced from 91W to 40.5W (approximately 55%), lowering CO2 emissions. 4. Adoption of a diffusion cover for the light source to reduce glare and improve the working environment. 5. Achieves high color rendering (Ra83), enhancing the working environment. 6. Available in three brightness levels (equivalent to FHF32W high-output type for 1 lamp, for 2 lamps, and FHF16W high-output type for 1 lamp). The equivalent for FHF32W high-output type for 2 lamps boasts industry-leading high efficiency (117.3Lm/W). 7. In addition to conventional direct mount, pipe suspension, bracket type, special direct mount, and stand types, replacement demand types are also available. The brightness lineup allows for installation in a wide variety of environments. 8. The special direct mount type can be installed vertically. 9. Custom orders available for wavelength cut types below 500nm and warm white types.
