GHz band compatible ferrite core (E04RVA series)
Noise countermeasures for GPS bands (1.5GHz band) and EMS countermeasures for in-vehicle devices, as well as noise countermeasure components compatible with in-vehicle harnesses and high-speed communication cables.
1. Compared to conventional ferrite cores, the characteristics in the 500MHz to 5GHz range have been improved. 2. Noise countermeasures can be implemented as an add-on rather than on-board. 3. It is less affected by temperature and maintains stable performance even in high-temperature environments (up to 150°C), including self-temperature rise.
basic information
Seiwa Electric Co., Ltd. has been engaged in the development, manufacturing, and technical support of noise countermeasure products since 1997. We are pleased to announce the launch of the "E04RVA" series of ferrite cores compatible with the GHz band as a new lineup of noise countermeasure products, utilizing the technology accumulated over many years. The "E04RVA" series of ferrite cores is designed to address noise countermeasures and EMS countermeasures for automotive devices, automotive harnesses, high-speed processing devices, and high-speed communication cables that require noise mitigation in the GPS frequency range (1.5 GHz band). It enables noise countermeasures near 1 GHz, which were previously only possible through circuit board measures, to be implemented retroactively without sacrificing convenience. Going forward, Seiwa Electric will continue to leverage its expertise in noise countermeasures and its well-equipped facilities, including a 3-meter method compliant anechoic chamber capable of emission testing for automotive devices, to develop new products and provide solutions that meet our customers' needs.
