We will introduce a case of scale prevention for the aluminum die-casting mold cooling system using the "Hydroflow Electromagnetic Water Treatment Device." The user is ED Industry Co., Ltd. (an aluminum die-casting manufacturer in Shizuoka Prefecture). The silica content in the well water is high at 48 mg/L, and when scaling occurs, it becomes a very hard scale, leading to a significant decrease in production efficiency and necessitating installation to prevent the occurrence of defective products.
