Introduction to the Test Report on Scale Prevention for Restaurant Dishwashers
We would like to introduce a scale prevention test report for the dishwashing machine at a restaurant using the "Hydroflow Electromagnetic Water Treatment Device." The owner of a barbecue restaurant in Minnesota, USA, was troubled by excessive scale buildup in the dishwashing machine and its heating unit. Therefore, they decided to test how effective the Hydroflow S38 would be in preventing scale buildup and dissolving existing scale. The goal was for the hard scale that had already accumulated to gradually dissolve and flow out without the need for chemical cleaning of the dishwashing machine and heating unit after installation. 【Installation and Effect Confirmation】 ■ Installation Location: Installed on the supply water pipe just before entering the heating unit of the dishwashing machine ■ Test Period: September 4, 2013 – January 20, 2014 (4.5 months) ■ Results ⇒ No accumulation of hard scale occurred, and the existing scale gradually dissolved and flowed out. ⇒ The scale that had adhered to the spray nozzle also dissolved and flowed out, improving water flow.
