Cooling water (oil cooler heat exchanger) [Magnetic water treatment device Vol. 8]

The scale and water algae on the surface of the copper pipe have fallen off, improving thermal efficiency!

We would like to introduce a case of water quality purification and algae removal for cooling water of molding machines (for oil coolers). One month after the installation of the polarizer, the water treated with a powerful magnetic field of over 6000 Gauss showed that the colloidal components' zeta potential (interfacial potential) in the water decreased, causing suspended solids (S.S) in the water to aggregate and precipitate, resulting in clarity. Additionally, the scale and algae on the surface of the heat exchange copper pipes of the oil cooler in the water were removed, purifying the water quality and improving thermal efficiency. 【Case Study】 ■ Target Equipment and Purpose: Water quality purification and algae removal for cooling water of molding machines (for oil coolers) ■ Description - When the cooling circulation water is treated with the polarizer, impurities (S.S) in the water aggregate in the tank. - A phenomenon is observed where precipitation occurs, making the water very clear. - The reproducibility of this water quality purification is certain and is an important point for understanding the effects of the polarizer. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
