There were complaints about red water coming from the hot water faucet in the guest rooms within three years of the hotel's completion, and despite various measures taken, the issue was not resolved at all. As a result, a Polar magnetic water treatment device "Model PI-25F" (3-point set) was installed in a partial bypass method on the return pipe 65A, treating approximately 20% of the circulating water volume. As a result, it was confirmed that the red rust in the boiler had turned into black rust and that the red water had stopped.
