The "SFM5500-2slm" is a high-pressure mass flow meter for multiple gases with a full-scale flow rate of 2 slm. Thanks to the very wide measurement range achieved by the CMOSens MEMS flow sensor, one device can accommodate multiple flow ranges of a typical mass flow meter. Additionally, the use of a metal body allows for even greater pressure resistance.
