The SFM3019 is a mass-produced digital flow meter capable of measuring air and oxygen flow rates from -10 slm to 240 slm with excellent accuracy and speed. Due to its flow path design, which allows for very low pressure loss through the sensor element, it is highly suitable for use in ventilators.
