The "SFM3300-AW" is a mass flow meter that can withstand pressurized steam sterilization (AUTOCLAVE) treatment, allowing for sterilization and cleaning for reuse. This sensor can measure flow rates of up to 250 slm bidirectionally, making it suitable for measuring flow at the mouth in applications such as ventilators and other respiratory-related uses.
