The "Alpha Tech 58-270" is a liquid-proof glove designed for applications that require thin to medium-thick gloves when handling chemical substances. In April 2024, the Occupational Safety and Health Act was amended to mandate the use of protective gear that prevents harmful substances from coming into contact with the skin. Chemical protective gloves are required to have permeability resistance appropriate to the substances being used.
