At the nine manufacturing plants of the JUKI Group located in Japan, we manufacture components and products for our main products, industrial and household sewing machines, as well as electronic component mounting machines. Each factory utilizes various technologies such as precision machining, sheet metal processing, raw material manufacturing, and assembly (cell production) to carry out distinctive production activities. By pooling and collaborating the strengths of each factory, we flexibly respond to customer requests, whether it be high-difficulty and high-precision items, complex processing such as NC, MC, and polishing, important components related to precision equipment, medical devices, dedicated machines, jigs, machine tools, and semiconductor manufacturing equipment, or "complete manufacturing" that encompasses the entire process of "design, development, procurement, manufacturing, assembly, and quality assurance," ranging from large to small-scale production of various types in small quantities.
