During the anodizing process, aluminum dissolves into the electrolyte, forming aluminum sulfate, which reduces the necessary free sulfuric acid while increasing the aluminum concentration, making it difficult to maintain consistent anodizing quality. Therefore, we would like to introduce a method to keep the concentrations of free sulfuric acid and aluminum constant, as opposed to the current practice of increasing the applied voltage or regularly renewing part of the bath solution.
