At Company A, they dispose of 20m3 of sulfuric anodizing bath solution every three months, incurring costs for wastewater disposal and bath construction. During the bath construction, two employees work on weekends, which is particularly challenging. It was proposed to eliminate the bath construction work by using an "aluminum separation device." Three months after its introduction, the aluminum concentration has remained stable, allowing them to avoid planned wastewater disposal. Since the sulfuric acid and aluminum concentrations in the bath solution are consistent, the quality of the finished products has also remained unchanged. Due to the device's capacity, it can sometimes operate for just one day and not be used for the entire week.
