We can help improve the aluminum anodizing industry! "Aluminum Sulfate Separation Device"
We can help improve the aluminum anodizing industry! ~Regarding the aluminum sulfate separation device~
The initiatives for the SDGs are permeating society in various ways! What I am introducing this time is the "Aluminum Sulfate Separation Device," conceived by our founder who witnessed the struggles on-site, specifically for field workers! This device contributes to the three aspects of the SDGs: economy, society, and environment. Economy: It significantly reduces the frequency of chemical solution replacements by extending the life of the liquid, helping to lower costs. Society: Large-scale tasks like liquid replacements are minimized, improving work safety. Environment: The reduction of waste chemicals decreases the burden on the Earth's environment. At the companies that have implemented this device, they used to dispose of 20㎥ of anodizing bath solution twice a month, but they have been able to eliminate that since introducing this device. Additionally, neutralizing sulfuric acid requires chemicals (caustic soda), which emit CO2 during their production. However, since neutralization processing is no longer necessary, we can contribute to CO2 emission reduction by not using large amounts of chemicals. In today's world, where issues like the global environment, carbon neutrality, rising prices, and work style reforms are being discussed, the Aluminum Sulfate Separation Device can provide a solution!
