MC501CD R2/R6 (Conductive/Static Dissipative Grade)

Carbon-based fillers were added to impart conductivity and antistatic properties. It can also be used in applications that require prevention of static electricity accumulation and conductive performance.

Features 1. Low resistance value The volume resistivity is low, ranging from 1 to 102 Ω·m (R2) and 10^4 to 10^6 Ω·m (R6). 2. Uniform performance The filler is evenly dispersed, ensuring a consistent resistance value across all areas, allowing for safe use even after machining. 3. Stability of resistance value Since the filler is carbon-based, unlike types coated with conductive paint or those filled with surfactants, there is no change in resistance value over time. Additionally, even if the surface wears down, there is no change in resistance value.
