Introducing a case study on the improvement of press accuracy and the update of hydraulic units used in tile forming presses.
At equipment manufacturer T, an existing hydraulic unit delivered by another company several decades ago failed, and the manufacturer's response was poor, leading them to request a replacement with a new unit from us. They also requested an increase in the cycle time compared to the existing unit. We proposed the NACHI servo unit "NPQ-100-11KPZ70N4-A2-6161A" along with a complete hydraulic circuit that meets the specifications. We received positive feedback that the requested specifications were achieved and that the production capacity of the equipment increased.
