At Equipment Manufacturer A, there were considerations for a tabletop robot project involving multiple manufacturers, but they were struggling with decisions due to long lead times and high costs. Therefore, taking into account the customer's desired specifications, budget, and delivery time, we proposed IAI's tabletop solution. As a result, with the involvement of the manufacturer in sales efforts, we were able to shorten the delivery time and reduce costs. Additionally, we conducted an IAI study session within the customer's company, which they appreciated as it helped them better understand how to use the product.
