Submersible pump with flywheel CNF・CVF・CWF・CNWXF
The flywheel prevents the water hammer phenomenon.
We have developed the first water pump with an integrated flywheel and have numerous delivery achievements.
basic information
We do not tolerate the violence of water. The flywheel prevents the water hammer phenomenon. When the pump operation is stopped in cases of long piping or high lift, the flow velocity changes rapidly, causing the "water hammer (water shock) phenomenon." This can lead to damage to pipes, valves, and pumps due to rising pressure, as well as pipe collapse due to pressure drop. ShinMaywa is the first to incorporate a flywheel in submersible pumps. Thanks to its inertia, even when the pump operation is stopped, the impeller continues to rotate, preventing rapid changes in flow velocity and thus preventing the "water hammer phenomenon." It protects piping, valves, and pumps from water shock. *For more details, please download the catalog or feel free to contact us.
