[Case Study] Labor-saving of main steam connection valves between boilers

The drive method adopts air drive! Introducing examples of unhandlers delivered.

We would like to introduce a case study of the valve actuator "Uni-Handler" that we handle. At a certain factory in the Chubu region, despite being a high-pressure valve, it was manual, requiring considerable effort and time for opening and closing the valve. Additionally, the valve's location was not suitable for operation, resulting in a poor working environment. Therefore, in the modified mechanism, since each valve position was nearby, a single drive unit could be used, leading to cost merits, and the UH method was chosen. As a result, by utilizing the UH, labor-saving and time reduction were achieved, and there was interest in updating and maintaining the existing UH within the same factory. 【Case Study】 ■ Delivery Location: Factory in the Chubu Region ■ Delivered Product: Uni-Handler ■ Issues Before Modification: - Required effort and time for opening and closing due to manual high-pressure valves. ■ Advantages After Modification: - Achieved labor-saving and time reduction by utilizing the UH. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
