[Case Study] Feed production from barley shochu lees (barley bran + cake + concentrate)
Uniformly mix shochu lees (barley husk + cake + concentrated liquid)! Introducing a case study of Dow mixers.
We would like to introduce a case study of the delivery of our mixing machine, the "Dow Mixer." At a certain sake brewery, shochu lees are generated as a byproduct of the manufacturing process. These lees contain many nutrients and fertilizer components, making them effectively utilized. The fermentation treatment of shochu lees requires mixing with an additive, so the "Dow Mixer" was introduced. As a result, it became possible to uniformly mix shochu lees (barley bran + cake + concentrated liquid). [Case Study] ■ Delivery Location: Sake Brewery ■ Delivered Product: Dow Mixer ■ Implementation Effect - Enabled uniform mixing of shochu lees (barley bran + cake + concentrated liquid) *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
basic information
【Feed Equipment (Fermentation Treatment of Shochu Lees)】 ■ Mixing with additives is essential ■ When decomposing organic matter with microorganisms, the moisture content and carbon-to-nitrogen ratio in the sediment must be maintained within appropriate ranges, and the microorganisms must be sufficiently dispersed ■ Composting must begin with all materials thoroughly mixed *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
