We would like to introduce a case study of our mixing and blending machine, the "Dow Mixer." At a certain steel mill, there was a demand for recycling sludge generated at various stages of the process to effectively utilize resources. In the recycling process, if there is a step to wash away impurities through solubilization, fine powders can be easily solubilized, but cake-like or solid materials required time to completely dissolve in the water tank. By introducing the "Dow Mixer," it became possible to easily create a slurry by mixing with water, and the slurry could be solubilized in a short time after being added to the water tank, enabling efficient processing.
