[Granulator・Delivery Case] Pelletizing of Steel and Non-Ferrous Metal Dust (2)
Even highly adhesive powders can be stably operated in intermittent mode! Introducing case studies of Dow Pelletizers.
We would like to introduce a case study of the pelletizing machine "Dow Pelletizer" that we handle. In the process of recycling iron-based dust within a steel mill, the "Dow Pelletizer" was introduced to pelletize the material to prevent it from being sucked into the dust collection equipment and to ensure it is fed into the furnace without scattering. This product enables stable intermittent operation even with highly adhesive powders through its two-axis non-uniform speed self-cleaning mechanism. [Case Study] - Delivery Location: Steel Mill - Delivered Product: Dow Pelletizer - Purpose: To pelletize the material to prevent it from being sucked into the dust collection equipment and to prevent scattering. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
