We would like to introduce a case study of the pelletizer "Dow Pelletizer" that we handle. The "Dow Pelletizer" was introduced with the aim of granulating aluminum powder and iron oxide powder, which are used as fuel in a thermite melting furnace, into particles of appropriate size for feeding into the melting furnace after being uniformly mixed in a kneader. This product enables stable intermittent operation even with highly adhesive powders through a two-axis, non-uniform speed self-cleaning mechanism.
