【Material】 ■ Heater: Bonded steel plate * Some models may have SUS material. ■ Exterior: Stamped steel plate (t=1.0mm), electric zinc plating with trivalent chromate finish * Some models may have SUS material (t=1.0mm). ■ Terminal cap: Ceramic (M5 screw) 【Common Specifications】 ■ Dielectric strength: 2000V for 1 minute ■ Insulation resistance: 100MΩ or more at DC500V megger 【Usage Precautions】 Do not use beyond the rated voltage. ● Use heat-resistant wires for power connection. ● Use in combination with overcurrent and overheat protection devices. ● Install the terminal part so that it is positioned below or horizontally relative to the heater. ● Ensure that the internal lead wire (the longer wire) is positioned below or horizontally relative to the heater. ● When installing, consider the distance from walls and equipment to ensure a safe position. ● For types with a thermostat, the minimum bending radius of the capillary tube is 5mm.
