Laser cladding welding
We provide surface treatment technology for workpieces used in harsh environments such as wear resistance and corrosion resistance through laser cladding welding.
<Uniform Quality> By controlling the build-up layer, a uniform layer is achieved, allowing for efficient build-up without waste. The thickness of the build-up can be controlled by adjusting the powder supply amount. <Low Distortion> With build-up welding using localized heat input, heat input to the workpiece is reduced, achieving low distortion. <Low Dilution> Achieving low dilution in the build-up layer makes it possible to maintain the hardness of the build-up surface. <Dissimilar Metal Build-Up> Build-up of dissimilar materials is possible: SS materials, SUS materials + cobalt-based, nickel-based.

- Due to the low heat input, the heat-affected zone is narrow, resulting in minimal distortion of the base material. - Since it is possible to control the thickness of the buildup, welding can be performed from thin layers to approximately 5mm thickness. - Because the dilution rate of the base material is low, a stronger condition can be maintained.
