At Seiei Seisakusho, we handle a variety of environmental equipment, including sterilization gas treatment devices that discharge sterilization gas from sterilization devices, deodorization devices that process odors and components from painting drying ovens and food processing, among others. 〇 Sterilization Exhaust Gas Treatment Device [EOCS Series] This device neutralizes ethylene oxide gas (EOG) and releases it into the atmosphere. It can neutralize EOG gas discharged from sterilizers to a concentration of 1 ppm or less. - Achieves high removal efficiency and energy savings through a unique method! - Heat sources can be electric or gas combustion. - Processing capacity can be designed from a minimum of 100 L/min. 〇 Direct Combustion Deodorization Device [CH Series] This device oxidizes and decomposes VOCs and odors at high temperatures of 700 to 800°C. It achieves complete decomposition in a compact and cost-effective manner through direct combustion! The heat exchanger allows for effective utilization of waste heat. - High decomposition rate (expected value 99%) due to direct combustion. - Standard equipped with a heat exchanger, recovering about 50% of waste heat. - Custom design available to meet customer needs. In addition, we also offer catalytic deodorization devices (CT) and heat storage deodorization devices (RTO) with a heat recovery rate of up to 97%.
