High Efficiency Regenerative Radiant Tube Burner [RTR Gas Burner]
Tube thermal efficiency of over 80%! The burner features a dual-unit switchable heat storage combustion system, allowing for compact and high-load indirect heating.
A regenerative burner with an indirect heating method that enables tube efficiency of over 80% (based on exhaust loss). The heat storage medium built into the burner uses a low-pressure loss ceramic porous body. The regenerative system typically alternates between a pair of two burners (regenerative burners) integrated with the heat storage medium, igniting them at intervals of several tens of seconds. When one burner is combusting, its exhaust is discharged through the heat storage medium of the other burner, and when that burner ignites next, the combustion air is preheated using the heat storage medium to recover exhaust heat. For radiant tubes, by installing regenerative burners at both ends of tubes such as U or W shapes and alternating combustion, tube efficiencies of over 80% can be achieved. □ High efficiency (tube efficiency over 80%) □ Compact with built-in heat storage medium □ Low pressure loss of heat storage medium □ Direct ignition allows for time-proportional ON/OFF control □ Uniform surface temperature of the tube □ Minimal combustion noise 【Model (Combustion Capacity)】 RTR-100A (52kW) RTR-125A (75kW) 【Maximum Operating Temperature】 950℃ 【Gas Type】 City gas (13A, LNG) / Propane (LPG)
