We are pleased to announce that Shoei Seisakusho, a manufacturer of gas burners and industrial furnaces, will be exhibiting at the "Paint and Coating Equipment Exhibition" held at Makuhari Messe. We will showcase a panel display of our lineup, including hot air generators for painting and drying equipment, as well as deodorization devices (VOC removal devices). We will also introduce examples of energy-saving equipment and decarbonization items using hydrogen gas burners. <Deodorization Device Lineup> Direct combustion deodorization device (CH): Oxidative decomposition at high temperatures of 700-800°C. Catalytic combustion deodorization device (CT): Processes at low temperatures using a catalyst. Electric type is also available. Regenerative thermal oxidizer (RTO): An energy-saving type boasting a thermal recovery rate of up to 97%. <Hot Air Generator Lineup> Flexible selection according to drying equipment. - Clean hot air can be selected in either gas or electric types (Electric type AH-E, indirect heating type AH-BX). - Compatible with hydrogen combustion (AH-H2). - Can handle high furnace pressure (AH-B). - Provides high-temperature hot air up to 800°C (AH-B). - Hot air return is possible (AH-B, AH-D, AH-E). - Customizable design according to installation location (all AH models). - Equipped with various safety devices as standard.
